At OTR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items are not the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping bag or a similar secure mailer.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
